Shipping

Processing time: Orders are processed within up to 2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) before they ship.

Transit time: Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on the carrier and destination. We ship via UPS and USPS, selecting the best option for your destination and package. When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Free delivery to your freight forwarder: We deliver your order, free of charge and with no minimum, to the freight forwarder or carrier of your choice in the Los Angeles area. From there, you coordinate and pay for onward shipping to your destination.

Free showroom pickup: You are welcome to pick up your order at our showroom — 1016 Towne Ave, Unit 123, Los Angeles, CA 90021.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for shipments lost, misplaced, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect address. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

All sales are final. Cancellations cannot be accepted once an order has shipped.
